Screening for Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts submitted to Sah Jurnal Hukum are screened for plagiarism using reliable plagiarism detection software before entering the peer-review process.

The acceptable similarity index is below 20%, excluding references, properly cited quotations, tables, figures, instruments, legal or policy documents, and commonly used academic expressions. Manuscripts that exceed this threshold or contain plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or unethical reuse of content will be rejected immediately.

In cases of minor similarity deemed unintentional, authors may be asked to revise and resubmit their manuscript. Sah Jurnal Hukum is committed to maintaining academic integrity and promoting original, high-quality research.
