Submissions

Author Guidelines

Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to Sah Jurnal Hukum are required to comply with the following guidelines:

1. Scope and Article Type

Sah Jurnal Hukum accepts original research articles, conceptual papers, and case studies in the field of law and justice that have not been published or submitted elsewhere.

2. Language

Manuscripts may be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia using clear, academic, and formal language.

3. Manuscript Structure

The manuscript should be arranged in the following order:

• Title

• Author(s) name(s) (without academic titles)

• Affiliation(s) and email address

• Abstract (150–250 words)

• Keywords (3–5 words)

• Introduction

• Research Method

• Results and Discussion

• Conclusion

• References

4. Formatting

• Manuscripts should be typed in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

• Use A4 paper size, Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing.

• Length of manuscript: 5,000–8,000 words (including references).

5. Citation and References

• Citations and references must follow a consistent academic style (APA Style is recommended).

• Authors are encouraged to use reference management software (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero).

6. Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism. The similarity index must not exceed 20%, excluding references and properly cited quotations.

7. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Editorial decisions are based on reviewers’ recommendations.

8. Article Processing Charge (APC)

An APC of IDR 150,000 is applied only to manuscripts that are accepted for publication.

9. Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted online through the Sah Jurnal Hukum website.
