Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to Sah Jurnal Hukum undergo a rigorous and objective peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance. The journal applies a double-blind peer review, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential.
Each manuscript is initially screened by the editorial team to assess its suitability with the journal’s focus and scope, compliance with author guidelines, and plagiarism policy. Manuscripts that pass this stage are then reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field.
Based on the reviewers’ evaluations and recommendations, the editor will make one of the following decisions: acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection. Authors are required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers’ comments. The final decision for publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
